The digital bookshop that prints out on demand

A revolution in publishing may soon see bookshops stripped of their shelves.
Instead, customers will simply choose the novel they want, punch some numbers into a digital printer and leave a few minutes later with a freshly printed and bound copy.
The "Espresso Book Machine", which is capable of produding a 300-page paperback from a digital file in seven minutes, is
expected to arrive in Britain soon
